The bleaching gel is applied to your upper and lower teeth, carefully avoiding your soft tissues using a "dental dam." The plasma arc light is shined onto the teeth for 30 minutes. This process is repeated one more time to achieve the desired level of whiteness. While you are waiting for the gel to activate on your teeth you can sit back and enjoy music from an iPod or watch a DVD movie.
